1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every person ("User") who uses the baji aflet platform and all its services ("Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the User and baji aflet.

3 Account Security

The User is solely responsible for keeping their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can be claimed only once, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final once a confirmation is received from the system after it has been placed. baji aflet reserves the right to void bets accepted at abnormal odds due to a technical error.

6.2 Results and Settlement

Bets are settled after verifying event results from reliable sources. In the rare case of a disputed result, the decision of the event authority will be considered final. If an error in settlement is identified, baji aflet reserves the right to correct it.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Provisions

• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned.
• In live betting, bets may no longer be accepted after certain events occur.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, that bet will be recalculated with the remaining selections.

6.4 Casino and Gaming Provisions

Each game's own rules apply and are displayed within the game. If a round is left incomplete due to a technical interruption, the result of that round will be determined based on server logs.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Placing bets as a proxy on behalf of another person, known or unknown.

• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.

8 Limitation of Liability

baji aflet is not liable for losses caused by technical interruptions, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures. Such circumstances are considered outside baji aflet's control.

baji aflet makes no guarantee regarding the quality or performance of third-party products or services advertised on the platform. Game outcomes directly affect a user's financial situation — so please play responsibly.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by baji aflet

baji aflet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraud, or failure to provide verifiable information. If a valid balance exists and no Terms violation has occurred, it will be returned.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their own account. To do so, notify customer support in writing. Self-exclusion and temporary break options are also available under the responsible gaming policy.
